Eligibility Conditions for Shirts
Because premium fabrics, fused Italian collars, and delicate digital prints require strict hygiene and presentation, returns must adhere to the following benchmarks:
Original Collar Stays & Tags:
Formal shirts must contain original removable collar stays and unbroken brand hangtags.
Unwashed & Odor-Free:
Shirts tried on must not carry cologne, deodorant, detergent scent, sweat, or makeup marks around collars.
No Tailoring Modifications:
Garments modified by personal tailors (darts added, sleeves shortened, hems cut) are strictly non-returnable.
Fold & Butterfly Cardboard:
Please re-fold the shirt gently inside the clear dust wrapper to avoid transit creasing.
How Reverse Pickups Work
Initiate Request: Visit the Self-Care portal or email returns@nexanx.com with your 5-digit Order ID.
Doorstep Handover: Our logistics partner will arrive within 24 to 72 hours with a secure tamper-proof reverse flyer bag.
Pin Code Unserviceability: In the rare event that your pin code lacks reverse pickup coverage (less than 3% of pin codes), you may self-ship via India Post / DTDC. We will reimburse you up to ₹100 as store credit upon receipt of the postal receipt.

Funds are reversed back to the initial instrument used at checkout (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI handle).

How Refunds Work for Cash on Delivery (COD)
Since our couriers do not carry or disburse cash on reverse pickups, COD refunds are handled through an automated, highly secure payment interface:
